This coaching program isn’t just a yoga practice—it’s a lifestyle shift. It combines proven methods for reducing stress with mindful movement to create more harmony and balance in daily life.

Outdoor Meditation

This program is for you if:

 

1. You're a woman who feels stuck in “go-go-go” mode and you crave more time to feel rested and restored.

 

2. You want to reduce unwanted symptoms of stress in your life and increase resilience to life’s challenges.

 

3. You are looking for simple, sustainable ways to prioritize your self-care so you can feel more at ease. You don’t need to be flexible or have prior yoga experience—just an open heart and a willingness to grow.

Meet Your Coach, Shauna Flash

In 2019, I was dealing with depression, anxiety and unbearable back pain. I was raising four children, caring for a spouse with a terminal illness and I hated my job.

 

​I remembered how much walking, yoga, swimming and practicing mindfulness made me feel better when I was stressed.

 

I decided to create a plan to enable my healing. I started doing yoga more, learning more about the body, how movement allows healing through the nervous systems and I healed.

 

I knew that I was being called to help others dealing with stress, depression and or anxiety to heal, so I quit my job, got a psychology degree and completed two yoga teacher certifications.

 

I have taught yoga and stress-reduction techniques in studios, residential treatment centers, and one-on-one coaching sessions. ​

What You’ll Experience in this 90 Day Program:

Move with Intention:

 

You’ll learn how to move mindfully, ease tension, and reconnect with your body through gentle yoga sequences. Each session is tailored to help you release physical and emotional stress while building strength and flexibility.

 

Class​ will be held weekly via Zoom. If you can’t join us live, you will receive a recording to do at your convenience.

 

Find Your Calm

 

Weekly meditation, breathwork and journaling prompts will help you create space to quiet the mind and cultivate inner stillness. These simple yet powerful tools will help you manage stress in daily life.

 

These will be videos that fit into your busy schedule. You will have lifetime access to the videos, which you can use whenever needed.

 

Create Balance in Community

 

Weekly group coaching calls to build community. If you’re unable to join live you can submit your questions 24 hours in advance and you will have access to the recording

 

Learn how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. Together, we will create actionable strategies for long-term stress reduction that are customized to your unique individual needs.
